Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or enrolling in any service provided by Melodic Odyssey Music, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and services immediately.
Eligibility
- Students below 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration, inquiry, or payment.
Classes & Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of fees.
- Class timings, instructors, batches, and schedules are subject to change based on operational requirements.
- Melodic Odyssey Music reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, merge, or discontinue any class, course, workshop, or program without prior notice if necessary.
Fees, Refunds, Transfers & Missed Classes
- All fees paid to Melodic Odyssey Music are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to missed classes, schedule conflicts, relocation, personal reasons, dissatisfaction, technical issues on the student's side, or discontinuation by the student.
- Admission or course enrollment may be transferred to another person only upon prior approval from the management. The management reserves the absolute right to approve or deny any transfer request.
- Missed classes are solely the responsibility of the student to cover up.
- Melodic Odyssey Music may provide up to a maximum extension of one (1) additional month for completion of missed classes, solely at the discretion of the management.
- No extensions beyond the additional one-month period shall be granted under any circumstances.
- By enrolling in any class, course, membership, workshop, or package, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to these policies in full.
Trial / Demo Classes
- Trial or demo classes may be offered at the discretion of Melodic Odyssey Music.
- Only one trial/demo class may be allowed per student unless otherwise approved.
Online Classes & Technical Responsibility
- Students are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, working device, and proper audio/video setup.
- Technical issues from the student's side shall not qualify for refunds, rescheduling, or fee adjustments.
- Sessions may be recorded for quality control, training, and safety purposes.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Avoid disruptive, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct.
- Refrain from unauthorized recording, sharing, or redistribution of class content.
Melodic Odyssey Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student's access without refund in cases of misconduct.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the website or provided during classes — including logos, videos, audio, course material, graphics, documents, teaching methods, and website design — remains the intellectual property of Melodic Odyssey Music and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Media & Promotional Consent
Students attending classes, workshops, performances, or events may appear in photos, videos, promotional reels, social media content, advertisements, and website content used by Melodic Odyssey Music for promotional and branding purposes.
If a student or parent does not wish to appear in such content, written notice must be provided in advance.
