Questions

Before you start.

Can I take a trial class first?

Yes. Trial classes are offered at our discretion, normally one per student. Request a trial class.

Do you teach online?

Yes. Online students need their own internet connection, device and audio or video setup. Sessions may be recorded.

Group batch or one-on-one?

Both are available. Group batches are the most affordable way to learn; one-on-one lessons follow your schedule exactly. Compare fees.

What if I miss a class?

Missed classes are the student’s responsibility to cover. Management may allow one extra month to complete missed classes.

Can I get a refund?

Fees are non-refundable. With prior approval from the management, an admission can be transferred to another person.

Do I need my own instrument?

You will need one to practise at home. Our 12-month group plans include a free 61-key keyboard when paid in one go, subject to availability, and our store sells guitars and keyboards.
